3. Level of Competition
NEET has over 20 lakh candidates every year for around 1 lakh MBBS/BDS seats, making it highly competitive.
JEE Main sees around 9–10 lakh students, and about 2.5 lakh qualify for JEE Advanced, competing for just 16,000–20,000 IIT seats.
Verdict: NEET has more applicants, but JEE Advanced has fiercer academic competition.
4. Subject-Wise Difficulty
Physics: Challenging in both, more numerical and concept-driven in JEE.
